Who we are

What we collect

• What you give us at checkout: name, shipping and billing address, email address and phone number when provided.
• Payment data, which is processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies: pages visited, device and browser type, referring site, and the advertising identifiers your browser sends.
• What you write to us in support email.

What we use it for

• Fulfilling and shipping your order, and sending the tracking updates that go with it.
• Answering support email about your order.
• Detecting and preventing fraud and chargeback abuse.
• Measuring which pages and which ads work, including through advertising partners such as Meta.
• Meeting legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email to an address that only ever placed an order without opting in.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies to keep items in your cart, remember preferences, measure performance and prevent fraud, and we use advertising cookies and pixels to measure campaigns. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features stop working — the cart among them.

Who we share it with

• Shopify, which hosts the store and processes the checkout.
• Payment processors, to take payment and to defend disputes.
• Fulfilment partners and carriers, to pick, pack and deliver your order.
• Analytics and advertising partners, including Meta, to measure performance.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

These partners receive only what they need for their part of the job, and are not allowed to use it for anything else.

International transfers

Our service providers operate in the United States and the European Union, so your data may be processed in either. Where data leaves the country it was collected in, transfers are made under the safeguards required by applicable law.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support email is kept while it is useful for your case. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@veilmoor-ofc.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are in California, you may also ask about the categories of data we collect and whether we disclose them; if you are in the EU or UK, you may object to processing or complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child sent us data, write to us and we delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the store after that means accepting the change.
